Unboxing – What’s Included



Inside your GlowDesk package, you will find:
- GlowDesk Device (in your selected color)
- Charging Cable (USB-C)
- User Manual

Note: A wall plug (adapter) is not included in the package. 

 
Setting Up Your GlowDesk
1. Connect the GlowDesk to a power source using the included USB-C cable.
2. Use a standard wall plug (not included) to power the device.
3. Once connected, you will see a small red light at the back of the GlowDesk, indicating it is powered.


 Light Options

Customize the lighting of your GlowDesk:
- Change colors with a simple tap on the button.
- Adjust brightness and switch between static and dynamic lighting.




Wireless Charging

GlowDesk also supports wireless charging:
- Place your compatible device directly on the marked area on top of the GlowDesk.
- Charging speed may vary slightly depending on your device. This is normal and similar to wireless charging in a car.

Note: For best results, ensure the GlowDesk is connected to a stable power source.


 Troubleshooting

1. The device won’t turn on:
- Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to a power source.
- Check for a small red light at the back of the GlowDesk.
- If the problem persists, please contact us.

2. Wireless charging is not working:
- Ensure the GlowDesk is connected to a power source.
- Make sure your device is compatible with wireless charging.
- Position your device correctly on the marked area.

3. The clock does not update:
- Use the control buttons to set the correct time.
- Make sure to follow the button instructions for saving the settings.


Power On/Off:
To turn the GlowDesk on or off, press and hold the second button from the left.


Setting the Time:
1. Double-click the right button to enter time-setting mode.
2. Use the second button from the right to adjust the minutes.
3. Use the left button to adjust the hours.
4. To save the time and exit the setting mode, double-click the right button again.

Changing Light Colors:
Single-click the right button to cycle through the light colors.


 To turn off the light while keeping the GlowDesk active, press and hold the right button.
